There aren't any major new features apart from that, but there are some graphical fixes, and a new option to drop his arm down. I've changed the menus around to create some extra space now that I'm adding more costume options, so there's a new Help tab, and the Clear buttons and sound and graphics options are now on the Options tab.
*Edit* Fixed pulling off bug when switching back to holding (thanks spr33).

Inside SDTModding.zip you should find SDTMod.fla, an ExampleMod.fla which recreates SD Chan's hair, and a folder with some ActionScript files. SDTMod.fla is what you'll actually use to make your mod, you don't have to worry about any of the .as files. You will have to edit some code in the .fla, but it's an absolute minimum, and it should give people lots of control over their mods.
There is a short readme, and you can see the same tutorial with some more details in SDTMod.fla by opening the ActionScript window (Window / Actions) and clicking on the README and Settings layers.
Making dynamic hair is still a bit painful, but I've tried to explain it as well as I can in the tutorial.
With this version you can import backgrounds, hair, dynamic hair, gags, eyewear, and collars. I'll add footwear soon, but I left it out for now because it seems like I might have to adjust her feet a bit again.
The only thing missing from the dynamic hair mod is the option to make the hair move out of the way of her body, because I'm in the middle of improving the way that works. That should be in the next version though.
Let me know if the mod format make sense, and if you find any bugs. As usual, if there's anything major I'll try to release an update next weekend.
