The amount and quality of hair imports has been amazing. I wasn't expecting people to want to make long hair, given that it has to be static, but as a stopgap to help with this until swf hair imports are done, image based hair imports can now extend down and to the right as far as you need. If you make either dimension larger than 1200px, the game will load the hair by cutting the import into four even quadrants. (If both dimensions are 1200px or less, it will assume that the layers are the default 600*600px size.) The alignment is still the same, so you can just cut the original template up and place each layer square at the top left corner of your new quadrants.
The custom save data loader will now check for a "customHair" setting. If you add this to the text data:
the game will try to load "filename.png" as custom hair. The semicolon separates settings, so make sure you include it. I suggest putting custom hair images in the same folder as SDT, so you can just use the relative file path. You have to add this to the text data manually because Flash's security restrictions prevent access to file paths from the code, but I figure this way artists can at least publish text data that includes their hair imports. The game will try to store this data and load it again, but this will only work if it has the file path from the text data (file paths for hair loaded from the file dialogue cannot be saved).
Several changes to layering. Collar no longer HSL shifted, Under hair layer is now above collar. (Hopefully this will help with hair imports that have hair over the shoulders. Let me know if this breaks anything)
Turning hover options off now means the menu won't close on its own.
Low/med/high quality buttons. Game will now remember medium quality setting if you use these buttons.
Added YUIO to open the different menu tabs (thanks to pickledcow for the suggestion).
Added some basic controls to adjust and reset the intro.

There, I think that's everything. If people find any more bugs with this version, I'll fix them as fast as I can, but once that's done I can finally start working on more interesting stuff.
